Paarl Organics is a privately run, home-based business in Courtrai, Paarl. We curate organic, health-focused, household, and lifestyle products from supplier networks for local customers.
You may use this website to learn about Paarl Organics, browse available or planned product ranges, and contact us. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, or interfere with the website's operation.
Product descriptions, prices, images, sizes, supplier information, and availability may change without notice. We try to keep information accurate, but supplier stock, pricing, and lead times can change. A product shown on the website is not a guarantee that it is available at the time of order.
Some items may be ordered in supplier cycles or consolidated batches. If a supplier is out of stock, short-supplies an item, changes a price, or changes a lead time before the order is confirmed, Paarl Organics may offer an alternative, adjust the quote, issue a credit, or refund the affected item.
Website baskets, quote requests, and product enquiries are not final orders until Paarl Organics confirms the order, price, availability, payment details, and collection or delivery arrangement. Prices are in South African rand unless stated otherwise.
Where a payment is required before ordering from a supplier or releasing goods, the order may only be processed after payment reflects or proof of payment is accepted.
Once an order has been confirmed and submitted to a supplier, changes or cancellations may not always be possible, especially for specially ordered, perishable, or batch-order items.
Collection or delivery options depend on the order, customer location, product type, supplier timing, and practical availability. Any delivery costs, collection details, or special arrangements should be confirmed before the order is finalised.
Customers are responsible for collecting orders within the communicated collection window. Perishable, chilled, frozen, or temperature-sensitive items should be collected promptly and stored correctly after collection. Paarl Organics cannot guarantee product quality where spoilage or damage results from late collection or incorrect storage after handover.
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or not as confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@paarlorganics.co.za with the order details and photos where relevant. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund, credit, or supplier resolution.
Some products may not be suitable for return once opened, used, damaged after receipt, or handled in a way that affects hygiene, freshness, safety, or resale. This may include food, supplements, personal-care products, perishable goods, and specially ordered items, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
Return or refund claims should be raised within 24 hours of collection or delivery where the issue could reasonably be noticed immediately, especially for damaged, incorrect, perishable, chilled, or frozen goods.
Product information is provided for general information and is not medical advice. Please check ingredients, allergens, warnings, and supplier labels before use. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements or wellness products if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether a product is suitable for you.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Paarl Organics currently uses WhatsApp groups and direct messages as important communication channels and does not currently run email marketing lists.
The Paarl Organics name, website content, copy, layout, graphics, product collections, and images are owned by Paarl Organics or used with permission from suppliers or licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or use website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Paarl Organics will not be liable for indirect losses, website downtime, supplier delays, stock changes, incorrect information supplied by third parties, or use of products contrary to supplier instructions, except where liability cannot be excluded under South African law.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute should first be raised with Paarl Organics so that we can try to resolve it directly and practically.
We may update these terms as the website, ordering model, supplier processes, or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page applies.
